1 - DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

ERCM is supported by a team of professional engineers specializing in project design and engineering.

The qualifications and expertise of our team enable us to manage projects of all types and scales.

Drawing on the latest technologies and production methods, ERCM provides integrated services ranging from design and drafting to installation, including the fabrication of steel structures in our workshops.

Our engineers ensure the quality and safety of every project. They are also committed to continuously developing innovative solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each project.

2 - CIVIL ENGINEERING

Our civil engineering team handles the design, execution and supervision of civil engineering works, ensuring that projects meet our clients’ requirements while complying with safety standards and protecting the environment.

3 - IN-HOUSE FABRICATION

ERCM’s projects are manufactured in-house in a dedicated workshop, tailored to the client’s requirements and in compliance with current standards and site installation constraints.

The workshop covers a large area and is equipped with modern machinery that is regularly inspected and maintained.

In addition, a 4000 m² storage area is dedicated to storing finished products prior to shipment to the site, enabling a monthly production capacity of 1000 tons.

4 - ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

ERCM also handles the assembly and on-site installation of its structures.

A team of qualified professionals, supported by dedicated lifting, handling, and transportation equipment, is responsible for these operations, giving ERCM a high degree of autonomy throughout the installation process.

ERCM also provides comprehensive project management, from the initial engineering studies to final installation, including structural calculations, design, fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation.
